This recent project in Euxton, near Chorley, Lancashire, involved a complete swimming pool renovation with a stunning redesign, advanced technology installation, and high-quality finishes. The client wanted to reduce the size of their existing swimming pool while upgrading it with a resistance swimming jet for fitness training. They also requested a contemporary new look throughout the pool area, alongside improvements to the steam room and spa.

Advanced Technology Installation
Our expert team delivered a full refurbishment, which included:
Pool size reduction – The existing pool was reduced from 10m x 5m to a more efficient 5m x 3m by constructing a new reinforced concrete wall across its width.
Resistance swimming jet installation – We fitted a Badujet Turbo Pro with magnetic drive, a state-of-the-art counter-current system designed to provide powerful, adjustable resistance for swimming training.
Premium finishes – The pool was completely re-tiled in stylish Lava mosaic tiles, creating a sleek, modern aesthetic.
Floor levelling & tiling – We corrected the pool floor levels, re-tiling them to a fall for proper drainage, and also added a tiled shower area.
Spa and steam room upgrade – A gap around the spa was infilled and finished in matching Lava mosaics. The steam room was transformed with an extended wall to the ceiling, then tiled in large format tiles with brickbond feature tiles for the walls and pillars.
Automation & plant servicing – The entire plant system was serviced, and automation was added to seamlessly control the pool lighting and room temperature when the pool cover is opened.

The finished project is a perfect blend of practicality, performance, and luxury design. The reduced pool size creates a more efficient space, while the Badujet Turbo Pro ensures a professional swim training experience. Combined with the stylish mosaics, feature tiling, and upgraded spa and steam room, this Euxton pool renovation has completely elevated the leisure space.
